Installed apps won't open

All of a sudden the YouTube app won't open on the Roku. Now the Disney + app won't open on the Roku either. We have restarted. We have unplugged and re-plugged. We have uninstalled and reinstalled. We don't know what else to do.

This means this device will no longer get new features or streaming channels, updates to existing channels, or other software-related updates. You can keep using your Roku player to stream your current channels. However, you may lose access to some channels as those channel partners update.

If you haven't already upgraded your device, you should have received an email with a discount offer to purchase a new player. You can also access this offer by signing into your Roku account and visiting the following website: https://my.roku.com/offers.

If you have any other questions or concerns, please let us know.

Roku 3920 is still on Roku's  Updatable Model List.
