Installed apps not working on Roku TV

My apps are not working on my Roku TV.  Connections are great, apps are installed.  When I click on an app, I get the apps initial logo screen, then a blank screen, then it takes me back to the home screen. I tried deleting an app, then adding it back. When I try to add it back, it says the app is already installed. I tried a System Restart about 20 mins ago. I'm getting the message "Restarting..." but the circle spins and spins and goes nowhere. Roku needs to fix this.

We understand that you're experiencing a multiple-channel playback issue and we'd like to extend our help here.

We would recommend performing a system reset on the TV. Navigate to Settings > System > Power > System restart. Then try again to see if that helps.
