ITVX cannot pause live TV

Hi. I’ve just purchased a Roku 4k HDR streaming stick and have added the ITVX app on it.

when I go into the app and watch live TV, I am unable to pause the TV.

ive tried logging out and back in and I’ve tried removing the app and adding it back in again, but still no luck in pausing.

anybody know how to fix this.
