I just upgraded to the Ultra 2024. I deleted my old stick from my account. I deleted Hulu which was installed during the initial setup because I was going to cancel. When I went to Hulu to cancel they offered me a deal to stay. I then went to Roku's website and reinstalled the Hulu app. It shows its installed but the app doesn't show up. I looked at my account and it only shows the Ultra. I can search for the app and open it and it works fine, but I want to app to appear with the rest of the apps. Restarting didn't help. Help.
I'd try uninstalling the app, RESTARTING THE ROKU (don't skip), and reinstalling the app.
Since the Hulu tile isn't showing on your channel grid, you can't click on it to uninstall. Instead, try removing the channel via the official Roku remote app on an Android/iOS phone/tablet connected to one of the Rokus on your account. At the bottom of the first screen, click Search and do a search for the installed channel name. On the resulting screen you should get options to Launch the channel on your Roku, or Remove the channel. I've never tried to remove a subscribed-thru-Roku channel (I haven't had one for years, and this may give you an idea of one reason why) but others have reported this works with active subscriptions through Roku.
