I own a Roku express 4K+. It has had no problems, but I’ve never been able to find Hulu on my tv. The app does not exist and I don’t know why, as it works fine on my friend’s Roku. When I sign in to Roku website, it does not show up for me on the channel store either (even though it does when I’m not signed in). Is this a regional thing? I live in the States. I’m not sure why it won’t let me find and add Hulu, so any help would be appreciated
It sounds like your Roku account isn't associated with the US. This can happen if you set up your account outside of the US and then moved to the US or for a couple of other reasons like using a VPN when you created the account. The only way to fix it is to create a new Roku account, factory reset the Roku device, and link it to the new account.
