What sounds like an A.I. generated voice (Alexa?) is so intrusive and annoying that it constantly forces us to mute it while we are trying to scroll through Roku services. This is, apparently, not a Telecom issue, but a Roku issue and we are desperate to mute this persistent, low level, annoying voice. Anyone with any ideas?
To deactivate the four-* trigger shortcut altogether use menu path Settings > Accessibility > Shortcut (in the Screen Reader section) > Disabled
