Hisense Roku TV blinking three times won't start

5-year-old Hisense Roku TV keeps blinking three times, already did reset, checked remote, powered cycle down several times, will not start. Any suggestions? No Phantom images, unplugged all cables. Any suggestions? Or is it just dead

Search the Internet for "Hisense TV blinks three times" and you find plenty of suggestions.  The fact that it's a Roku TV is immaterial.
