Getting tge RLP 999 error with the Spectrum app

I am getting this error on all my tvs. I can get in to the app but cannot select any channels. TCL roku & 4 with roku sticks. I've tried every suggestion h Spectrum has been to my home. They tell me that because I can use it on my phone it is a Roku issue. Who can I call for help. Everything is updated. HELP!

We understand you're experiencing issues with the Spectrum channel. Here's some troubleshooting that might help resolve the problem.

  • Remove and reinstall the Spectrum Channel: Go to the Roku home screen, navigate the app, press the asterisk (*) button on your Roku remote, and select "Remove channel." Afterward, restart your Roku device. We recommend doing this through the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > Power (If there is no Power submenu, proceed to the next step.) > System restart. Lastly, reinstall the Peacock app from the Roku Channel Store.

For more information about that error code, we recommend looking at Spectrum's support page. For further assistance with your issue, please get in touch with Spectrum support directly. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel providers themselves.

It was suggested to restart your router. by @AvsGunnar
