I only have subscriptions to Netflix and HBO on my Roku, but am being billed for HBO twice and also for Hulu and CBS. I just spent 30 minutes on the phone with Hulu and they couldn't pull up an account for me. What do I need to do to resolve this?

Have you verified that you currently do not have any active subscriptions by logging into your Roku account online at my.roku.com and clicking Manage your subscriptions?
