Fox News app freezes after each commercial

Jump to solution

This issue is definitely a Roku issue. I uploaded the app on my optimum fiber optic tv and it works great. When I watch Fox News on both Roku devices they both freeze after each commercial. I restarted each Roku device. I deleted the Fox News app and reinstalled it on both Roku devices, cleared the cache on both devices. Nothing works. The issue is ROKU! Fix it!

Please see other threads. This is an acknowledged bug in the Fox News app. Fox is responsible for maintaining the app, not Roku.

I too have this app on other devices and it does not freeze. I too have it on two Roku devices and it freezes on each of them. This is a Roku issue.

Happens on our Roku's as well. Does not happen with any other app. Starting to think this is a political ploy to mess with Republicans. Roku has known about this issue and does nothing to correct it. Telling us to do what we've already done (remove app and reinstall, restart Roku), is just poor customer service. You know how to fix it, it's your job to correct it.
