Fairly self-explanatory, the list of favorite channels will not sort to numerical order, no matter how many times I clear them all and redo them in numerical order or I use the Asterix sort method. It just does not do it on this Roku TV.
Thanks for reaching out here, @jekel!
We see that you're having some issues sorting the favorites channel list to numerical order.
Could you tell us more? Are there any error messages you see on the screen? Any troubleshooting steps applied? Also, did you notice this issue on your other devices?

@RokuEmmanuel-D Again, this is pretty straight forward! My Favorites list is not able to be put in order, period! When I click to sort by channel, only the All Channels list is in order, NOT the Favorites. And whenever I add a new channel to Favorites, it puts it at the top of the list, even if it's channel 448, or whatever. Why can't the Favorites also be put in numerical order?
Hey, @StevenCee.
Thanks for pointing that out!
Please note that there is no option to automatically sort the Favorite Lists on the Live TV channel numerically. However, we do have a workaround you might find helpful!
Channels are listed with the most recently added appearing at the top, and the first one added showing at the bottom.
To arrange them in numerical order, you can re-add your favorite channels starting from the highest number down to the lowest — this way, they’ll appear in ascending order in your list.
We hope this helps!

@RokuEmmanuel-D Thanks for your suggestion, but that is no help whatsoever. Of course, I can do that, but for one, it would be terribly time-consuming, first putting them in order in a list, then going channel by channel, manually putting each one back in as Favorites. But then as new channels continue being added, or channels change their numbers, as many did not too long ago, then what do we do? No matter what the number, it will be at the top of the list!
Thus recreating another haphazard list of Favorites.
I think your team of bright, adventurous developers/programmers could somehow create a means by which the Favorites could be sorted in numerical order. If All Channels can be put in order, certainly the same can be the case with Favorites, it's just another list of numbers, no?
