Disneyplus is asking for updated payment. i have updated my payment and still can't access Disney. i keep getting the same message. When i go into roku subscriptions it and Hulu are not listed. When i go into the main websites it shows I don't have an account with Hulu and Disney sends me back to the roku website. Can anyone please help me?
Could you possibly have multiple Roku accounts? Check the email address displayed under Settings->System->About and make sure that's the one you're using to log in at https://my.roku.com .
I have the same problem. It just goes in circles. I don't have my payment with disney plus on Roku subscriptions. Why is it not letting me update it on Disney plus?
I am also having the same problem. It's very frustrating same stupid cycle over and over
