Thanks for the update @Mike888,

I appreciate the extra details. We would also suggest connecting that device to an alternative network, like a mobile hotspot, and see if that makes a difference. If the issue persists, we would recommend performing a factory reset on it. Just a heads-up that after the reset you will need to reactivate the device and start from the beginning.

Refer here on how to system restart or factory reset your Roku streaming device.

We hope this works!

Thanks,
Rey

Hi @Mike888,

Welcome to the Roku Community!

Thanks for reaching out about this. Please be aware that we've most your post as a new thread in order for us to verify if there will be other users who have encountered the same issue with the same build as you have. To further assist, we'll need a couple of details in order for us to provide an effective solution for this.

Let us know...

  • Is this an issue right after the update, or when did you start seeing this?
  • Do you see this as an issue with all the channels on your Roku streaming player?
  • What are the troubleshooting steps taken, and what didn't work?

We'll be anticipating your update

Thanks,
Rey
