Channels added, deleted, and they came back

Jump to solution

I have two Ultra 4 Rokus.

Last week, one of them had about new 130 channels selected besides my regular 20 channels. I deleted the 130 channels, but the next day they are back.

The second Roku has not exhibited this problem.

Thoughts?

Check the email address on each one displayed under Settings->System->About.  Do they match?

You were correct I had bought this unit off of eBay and apparently I did not properly set it up on my account
