Channel guide for antenna TV is gone again

My antenna TV guide has disappeared. Have tried everything I can think of, restarting, rescanning, renaming and changing the guide's icon, but nothing. I got a brief flash of one show after an update yesterday, then it went quickly returned to no information. 

All the streaming guides work. My wifi is excellent. Why is the guide gone now?

I am getting ready to buy two tvs right after Christmas, I can't see getting another Roku if they can't fix this. Please help!

In this instance, we will coordinate this with the relevant team for further review and find you the best resolution possible. 

With this being said, kindly provide us with the following details:

  • Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and OS version. (this can all be found in Settings > System > About)
  • Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID)
  • Zipcode:

I am having the same problem with my Roku.  Can't get to my antenna channels. This is happening on 2 tvs and I am also experiencing skipping channels. When on Roku Home Screen, remote does not skip but I cannot get to a category or a specific channel on the channel list because it jumps all over.

We'd like to take a closer look into this issue that you're experiencing. May we know what Roku device you're using right now? (Roku Express, Roku streaming stick, Roku Ultra, Roku stream bar, Roku TV-Specify) What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far? When did the issue start?
