Channel 4 app 010 error on my Roku

Ok so I have this error that when I try to sign into the channel 4 app I get the error code 0101

to confirm :

I have a Roku box 

latest software

intenet (vodaphone) working fine

all other apps on my Roku working fine 

bbc

itv x

netflix

now tv

channel 5

prime video 

I have tried deleting and re adding app( after restarting the box)

I have factory reset the box to no avail

 can someone at Roku please help!!!

Looks like you're having issues accessing the Channel 4 app on Roku.

To help you further, it is best to contact the Channel 4 support team directly for investigation. Most apps on Roku are managed, regulated, and maintained by the provider itself.
