Can't open any channel, kicked back to home screen

Thank you for posting here in the Roku Community!
We'd like to investigate further this issue that you're having with the channels or apps. Is the issue happening on all content or channels, or is this isolated to one content or channel? (Specify) How far is your device from your network router? What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far?
