Whatever post you were replying to did not get carried along with your post, so we don't know details of that "same issue" you are replying to.
Where are you located?
The US version of the Hayu "Ways to Watch" page only shows links to iOS (Apple) and Android versions of their app, no Roku version.
If there was once a Hayu app available for Roku, it may have been withdrawn, as a search for Hayu in the Roku US Channel store comes up empty.
