CC out of Sync on Roku Channel

And that was a year ago.  It is still a problem.

(e.g., Roku Express, Roku Streambar, Roku TV; specify TV) Do you have any other devices connected to your TV? (e.g., speakers and other sound systems) Can you provide a video or screenshot of the issue you're experiencing? What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far?
