I subscribe to Britbox. It renews on 05/03/25. Watched several shows on Thursday and since yesterday it signed us out and won’t let us sign back in. We’ve tried shutting down and restarting roku, and tried deleting and reloading app.

The app after pressing star doesn’t have the remove channel option… now it been a whole week no service.
