Cannot get BritBox to work. Asks me to sign in but will not accept login. Clicking on change password does nothing (no link is sent to my email). Contacted BritBox and they admitted having issues with the update to their system and it wiping out subscriptions. Since my subscription was through Roku they recommended getting help here. Maybe the typical pass the buck when a third party is involved. Any suggestions would be gratefully accepted.
With a subscription through Roku, you may need to access Britbox through The Roku Channel rather than through the Britbox channel app.
