Apps crashing when trying to play video

This is a bug I experienced on disney plus and apple TV using the 4k roku stick

Steps to repro:

- Turn on roku

- Load Disney Plus with Ads

- Play Andor

- Roku will crash during the ads

I solved this problem by turning the streaming quality to low. I think the Roku stick should handle this more gracefully than just crashing, for example warning users that they do not have enough bandwidth for high quality streaming.
