Apple TV disappeared from my home screen in the last few days. When I search for it, I can open it and it works fine, but I have to search for it each time. When I look at properties it says it's installed.
Has anyone noticed anything like this? Perhaps with other Apps? I can't figure out how to uninstall it and install it again, since it won't display on the home screen.
Thanks in advance!
@radifalco This may be a really stupid question, but are you scrolling to the bottom of the home screen? If your device had the 4x4 home screen and it changed to 3x3 perhaps the apple app moved off the home screen that originally displays.
I'm having the same issue but haven't found a solution. Have you had any luck?
It has nothing to do with the display or anything. On my account login through a browser it's listed as "installed" but when I open my Roku device it's not with the other apps or even in the streaming store.
@lmr4106, what's the model number or hardware ID of your Roku device displayed under Settings->System->About?
Hi! @renojim So sorry for my delay, I just saw the response! My model number is 3700X
@lmr4106, sorry, it's not supported on that model.
