I think it is the memory. I deleted a bunch of unused channels and did a system restart and it works now.
I have had this problem from quite some time now. I have done every single thing mentioned in this thread, and nothing helps. Actually, I had a 55” TCL Roku TV for a couple of years, and it had the problem of the thumbnails not showing up for numerous apps. I JUST purchased a new 65” TCL Roku TV, and the thumbnails fail to show for the EXACT SAME APPS. Can anyone help???
