I have the same exact problem.
All the resetting, rebooting, and unplugging makes no difference whatsoever.
Please advise about Britbox and Scorn not loading. It’s been two days!
Problem self corrected after four day.
Same here since yesterday. Reported to support and notified was corrected. Is not. Done all the updates restarts etc. Nothing.
Same for me.
I am having the same problem but only with BritBox. Acorn is working as intended. Cannot play anything, it's just stuck...
Mine has also self corrected after two days not working.

Thanks for letting us know about the behavior you are seeing with the BritBox channel.
We recommend performing the steps below to resolve the issue:
1. Remove the BritBox channel by highlighting it and pressing the Star (*) button.
2. Restart the Roku device from Settings > System > System Restart.
3. Install the BritBox channel again. Select Channel Store > Search for the app and Click Add channel.
