Danny, if at all possible you should exclude the new user restriction if they're attempting to PM an Roku employee. I'm sure I don't have to tell you how often a new user needs to send you a PM for something.
Thats funny because I just got spam PM from someone who just signed up today. WHY don't you allow me to turn off private messages from other users? I have never even been on this forum and I am getting email updates for spam messages. Tighten your **bleep** up. WTF seriously.
How a new user can start send PMs, this a matter our time or certain steps? Because, I'm a new member and a recent Roku costumer, and I'm facing issues with a remote control from a Streaming Stick+. I've tried every trick recommended here and even try with another device with no luck whatsoever (I know this is not the place to report this). Can you help indicante how a new community member can start send PMs?

I have pm'd you before about the remote issue and was trying to follow up with you about this but the envelope icon has disappeared from my account and I see no way to currently respond to your previous pm's or send a new pm to you.
I did find this discussion on the form but the option to turn pm's on or off has been removed from settings page (see pic below). How can I continue our pm discussion of getting my remote to stop draining batteries?
