wrong address on the order. It was just ordered today

I placed an order for 2 new devices but the shipping address is incorrect. The order hasn’t shipped yet as it was just ordered today.  Can the shipping address be corrected?

This support link is giving me an error when I try to submit a request. How else can I update my address for an order placement in progress?
