up graded remote and device and now subscriptions are lost, no record on line but payments still drafted.
It sounds like the new Roku is connected to a different account than the previous Roku?
See if settings->system->about shows the same email address on both devices.
I am paying for cbs, upgraded to express 4K, now can't connect. Email is same! What gives?
@TerryT1, do you have a subscription through Roku or directly with CBS (or both)? You can check your Roku subscriptions at https://my.roku.com/account/subscriptions .
