unwanted orders being sent

Roku has now shipped me two different products that I haven't ordered. And, it's impossible to stop them. The customer service is horrible because they have no live humans or a generic eamail chat. Pretty strange for 2020.  

 

Any clue why I'd be getting shipped these things I don't want?
