please help and take out hulu billed again on February statement also hallmark was posted I have glacoma not watching them anymore and having a hard time taking them off and still getting billed on these two accounts.
YOU NEED TO CONTACT THOSE CHANNELS DIRECTLY
https://help.hulu.com/s/article/how-to-contact-Hulu?language=en_US
YOU CAN ALWAYS CANCEL YOUR CARD AND HAVE THE BANK SEND YOU A NEW ONE.
IT TAKES JUST A FEW DAYS. BUT IF YOU CONTACT THE CHANNELS DIRECTLY THEY SHOULD
REFUND YOUR MONEY. HAVE YOU LOGGED OUT OF THE CHANNELS AND REMOVED THEM?
Thanks for the note.
If you are paying for Hulu and Hallmark through your Roku account, you visit my.roku.com/account and log into your account to manage your subscriptions.
For more information about managing your subscription on your Roku account, visit our Support page here: How do I manage or cancel a Roku-billed subscription?
If you are subscribed to Hulu and Hallmark directly, you will need to reach out to those channel providers support to change your account information.

I have the same problem about cancelling. When I go to my Roku account, it shows NO subscriptions, although I was charged by ROKU for the subscriptions. So what do I do
@lilianegrant Thanks for the question. If you have subscribed to a service using your Roku account, but aren't seeing it when logging in to my.roku.com, this would indicate that the subscription exists under a different Roku account than the one you are logging into. I would recommend checking each of your Roku devices to see which account they are registered to in Settings>System>About. From there, you'd want to log into any alternate Roku accounts under different email addresses in order to view, manage, or cancel your subscriptions.
I would also highly recommend contacting each service provider directly that you are seeing a charge for, to inquire if they can see your account/subscription, or also help you manage or cancel it.
Thanks,
Tanner
There is no option to cancel it through the Roku account and I cannot find any record of subscribing directly to Hulu. I have been stuck with the Hulu service for months without the ability to cancel. Please help!
Thanks for the inquiry.
For account and billing or related issues, please reach out to our support team directly here for your 'Account or billing' issue, here: https://support.roku.com/contactus. They will be able further assist you.
