been checking my bank account daily. today again roku channel took out $4.03 last time it was $9.72. i'm tired of yall taking out money that i didn't ok. i'm on a fixed income and this is bull s***. call my bank and put a stop to it. now i'm telling yall to stop doing it. thank you and have a happy easter.
Roku doesn’t take money out of someone’s account for no reason. Log into your Roku account and look under subscriptions. If you see any active subscriptions then cancel it. But the charge on your bank statement should say more then Roku. There isn’t a charge for Roku. If you have no subscriptions then someone has your credit card information and you should tell your bank it’s fraud
