Hi Danny,

I posted here because I'm not happy with your support link.  Why ?

Well I ordered back in the begging of May the new pro sound bar.

after ordering I was informed it was backordered and was giving a choice to cancel or continue.

I continued with the order as it was to ship on 6/14.

On 6/11 I went to your support link and was told it was expected to ship.

On 6/15 I went to your support link and was giving no updated information on when it would ship.

Its now 6/17 and I have no New information about an order that was placed 7 weeks ago.

I understand all the concerns of the situation and how a factory burnt down and that there is a chip shortage.

Roku gave me a date of 6/14 and now I am to hold my breath for any new information ?

I'm sorry your impacted by the chip shortage  Give me (Likely Others) an UPDATE and MEET the new shipping date.
