payment method

how do i change my payment method, the account used to subscribe is no longer active. i need to change accounts

If you are looking to update your payment method on your Roku account, you can follow these steps:

  1. Go to my.roku.com on your computer or smartphone.
  2. Sign in to your Roku account. 
  3. Click or tap the Update under Payment method.
  4. Complete all required fields and click Save.

Do a factory reset on your roku, then start a new account with current payment you wish to use. You will need a different email address to start a new account.
