Thanks for the inquiry.

You can log into your account at https://my.roku.com/, and view the status of any order under 'View your purchase history. Once your order completes processing and ships, you should see a tracking number available on the order details page. 

For any order-related issues or questions, please reach out to our support team directly here for your 'Account or billing' issue, and select 'managing your order': https://support.roku.com/contactus. They will be able to further assist you.
