I purchased a new Express 4K+ 8?17/22. When it arrived I went through the setup, but after it would not play anything, or even connect to any streaming services. I asked for and received RMA #452254, and mailed it back on 8/24/22, with a tracking number (9535612434162236018167) which was delivered 8/26/22. It is now 9/22/22, four weeks after the return was delivered, but I have not received or heard anything about my refund.
What gives?
