When ROKU set up my account, they apparently typo'ed my e-mail/user-id. So now I can't contact them to get a resolution. If I use my correct e-mail to sign in, Roku doesn't recognize it. If I use the incorrect e-mail/user-id to try to sign in (no clue what my Roku pw is, I've never had to use it) and change my password, they are sending an e-mail w/ instructions to an e-mail that doesn't exist. They apparently don't have phone support (I tried the number I was given) and I can't find a chat window. How do I get them to correct my user-id?
