how can I talk to a person in email to dispute a charge.

I have a channel that was added on accident and has been removed. The charge is pending at the bank. I would like to get a refund. Please Help

I have been charged with server channels that I did not authorized on bank card on April 29th $5.19 was taking off my card on May 1st a dollar was taken off my card without me authorizing it today May 13th two payments was taken off my card and I did not authorize that either 1 for $2.58 another one for $10.39 I have a four-year-old granddaughter was messing around with the TV for some reason she hit those channels today the $10.39 and the $2.58 today now the $5.19 I cancel that order and I was still charged in the Dollar on May 1st I did not authorize that I would like a refund or I need to speak to someone ASAP I would like to have my money back on my card I did not authorize this and miscommunication with a mote control and a four-year-old child can someone please contact me [personal information removed] ASAP thank you and have a blessed day.

Started Roku 5-16-20, still in free 30 day trial for HULU and Youtube.  Rec'd a bill from ROKU for 58.02 dated 5/24 and another  bill (google) for 52.49 for Youtube.    Please explain.

I am trying to cancel both Hulu and Youtube, cannot bring up "manage subscriptions" on tv screen for billing matters.

I have gotten a charge from Roku twice last month and this month for 4.99 I have not ordered any movies and I had a 30 day free trial for Starz that I cancelled when 30 days ended Why am I being charged?
