email is not on my account but yet it appears on my screen

Look I have called I have tried to get in touch with humans I have went to Account Support to support's to to blogging to vlogging to losing my mind email is on my account when I see the system check

Slow down!  Complete sentences, please.  What "system check"?  Are you saying the email address shown at Settings->System->About isn't yours or are you referring to something else?

Thanks for the post.

Can you please clarify your inquiry? How did you setup your account? Have you tried performing a factory reset on the Roku device and linking it to your Roku account?
