Slow down! Complete sentences, please. What "system check"? Are you saying the email address shown at Settings->System->About isn't yours or are you referring to something else?

Can you please clarify your inquiry? How did you setup your account? Have you tried performing a factory reset on the Roku device and linking it to your Roku account?
