The email address associated with the bank account information should not have been validated. The problem is that I want to cancel a subscription service that is being charged to my bank account, but I can't because I the email address is wrong and doesn't exist. I am not sure if maybe there is another email address that is very similar to mine and only missing one character that could be someone else's. Then there is the bank account that is being charged that does belong to me, but I never authorized the charges. I need for someone to call me [personal information removed]
