charged for subscription i cancelled

cancelled a free 7 trail on the 6th day and was charged 30.00 more then what the service was supposed to be if i took the subscription. no one to speak with and gives you the whole run around of who's responsibility it is to return my funds.

If you did not yet resolve the issue with your subscription, please send me a PM with your Roku account email address, and include the serial number of the Roku device from Settings>System>About. I'll be able to assist you further from there.
