changing name and billing information on roku account

I got a Roku stick for a new LG smart tv. I am located at my son's home with a new tv. I set up a Roku account with my email and credit card. Xfinity will not accept because it is my son's account and I set up Roku on my information. How do I delete and put the roku under his name and address, where the new tv is located.

You may follow these simple steps in changing your email address or password.

  1. Visit my.roku.com on your computer or smartphone.
  2. Sign in to your account if prompted.
  3. Under Account information, select Update.
  4. Complete the Account details form with your updated information.
  5. Select Save changes.

However, if you're pertaining to your Roku device is already linked to a different Roku account, we suggest performing a factory reset and re-do the activation process. Try running the steps on this link to factory reset the Roku device: How do I factory reset my Roku® streaming device ...

Follow the steps below from your Roku device to perform a factory reset.

  1. Press the Home button home on your Roku remote.
  2. Scroll up or down and select Settings.
  3. Select System.
  4. Select Advanced system settings.
  5. Select Factory reset.
  6. Select Factory reset everything and follow the on-screen instructions.

If you need to change the credit card linked to your Roku account, we would recommend logging into your Roku account online at my.roku.com and clicking Update button under Payment method.

How do I change the email name under my Roku account....under system  info it has the incorrect name and I have tried to update but still not changed.
