all i want to do is cancel the subscription. i keep getting told that disney plus is thru roku and so im trying to contact the correct people. i cant afford to continue to pay for it. i dont hava a job anymore. my husband lost his job too. we have to cut expenses.

This doesnt helping disney+ doesnt come up in list of subscriptions.

If Disney+ does not show up in your list of subscriptions, then you are not being billed for Disney+ through Roku Pay. This mean you most likely have a Disney+ subscription through the channel provider directly. You will need to reach out to Disney+ support for further assistance with your subscription.

Is there a way to make the cancellation immediate? I cancelled my Disney+ through Roku so I can sign up for it through my Hulu - but I'm getting an error message with Hulu because my Disney+ through Roku is still active for 4 more days.
