I can't get Roku to send me a password reset. Yes my email is correct and yes I have given it enough time. I even after waiting for the email that was "on its way" tried a second time. I don't want to set up a new account but I don't see any other options.

I did goto those pages and even got to the page that said it had sent me an email I just never got the email. I went through the process a second time and got to the page that said it had sent me an email and still no email. I finally guessed the right old password and got into my account.
I have tried to get Roku to send the code for a password reset, I have not received it. I waited for it since yesterday. My email is correct, please help me.

Trying to reset password but reset code email is not getting through. How do I resolve this.

Have you checked your spam folder to see if the email was sent there by any chance?

i been trying for 2 hours to get into my roku account.
I put in my gmail account and then the password is wrong.
i did a password reset and NEVER got the email. I checked spam and trash..
