I can't get Roku to send me a password reset. Yes my email is correct and yes I have given it enough time. I even after waiting for the email that was "on its way" tried a second time. I don't want to set up a new account but I don't see any other options.
I did goto those pages and even got to the page that said it had sent me an email I just never got the email. I went through the process a second time and got to the page that said it had sent me an email and still no email. I finally guessed the right old password and got into my account.
