Yesterday I made the purchase of 8 Roku Express devices on the official Roku shopping page. The purchase order has been issued and everything seems to have gone correctly. Today I woke up and checked my email and I find a message from email@example.com with the subject of the title of this post and the following text:
"Your refund is on the way We’re initiating a refund to the payment method you used for your order. Please allow for 4-10 business days to see your refund on your account."
What could have happened that caused my purchase to be canceled?
