Worst Customer Service Ever!

I was going through a set up process and got out of it before I confirmed. Roku charged me anywy. HOW DO YOU GET AHOLD OF ROKU???????????????

The online support questions that take you in a circle are exhausting and not helpful at all!

Do I go to the bank and report you?

Any chance I can get someone to email me?

Word of mouth is a powerful marketing tool - especially these days in our virtual world.

I would appreciate someone getting back to me.

What do you mean by you were charged for setup?  There's no charge for activating a Roku.  Did you perhaps get scammed by someone claiming to be Roku support?

Customer Service was excellent once I found this telephone number.  But it was a nightmare trying to find it.  Thank you!

Unfortunately Roku like many CE companies prefers to bury its contact options/info - which is especially bad since they just restarted (limited) phone support after a year+ hiatus.

I just tried to call the number and it says I called outside business hours which are 6am-9pm Pacific.  I am calling at 8:50pm Pacific.

IME calling any customer service number within 30 minutes of "closing" is a 50/50 proposition.

That being said, once you are able to contact them, you can always leave them a complaint about not being available for the full service hours window.

I'm guessing the queue is longer than 10 minutes, so there's a good chance someone was there until 9:00 if not later.

I think they meant they were setting up a channel through Roku, like Netflix or something. Not that they were setting up ROKU
