Why have I been charged?

Last night a payment came out of my account for “roku channel card” in the amount of $11.78 my account does not show payment history and support will not work.

Why an I being charge  ever month ? i have neve have given you information on my account. i do not use Roku. please stop charging my account.    Carole Reimold
