So I was a beta tester for the voice remote and didn't really like it. Within 2 weeks of getting it I wrote customer service and left a novel of my opinion about it and requested to return it for a refund.
What happened to that 30 day guarentee hu?
They even sent me a fedex label to return it so I did. Months later now they refuse to acknowledge me and I get bull generic emails back. Social media is not my thing so here I am.
Can I seriously even get a replacement? Mine could have just been bad.
The tracking number THEY provided for fedex:: 971132016089 returned and delivered to them.
I get big business and all. I was hoping roku was better than that.
I have seriously 8 rokus on my account and they would screw me over $30?
Why steal $30 from me? They have product and money!!!!
I would blame this on ineptitude rather than malcious intent.
