Why does WHO take money, and to pay for what? And how did you find and contact them?
Roku does not charge to set up or register a Roku device. Any support website whose address does not end with roku.com (or doesn't have roku.com as the last text before an initial /) is bogus, as is any "Roku" support on a toll free number. There are lots of scam artists out there.
