Roku made an unauthorized charge on my VISA. This needs to be reimbursed ASAP! Also, it shouldn't be this hard to contact Roku. Very disappointed...

I have a problem they charge me a movie that I wasn’t aware off
Also having issues contacting support, ordered a new unit via roku interface and it cut off my address, only option now is to email support team and wait. My card was charged over a week ago and my order is in limbo, totally unacceptable response and horrible support options.
This is not a solution. The publicly available support options, such as you are directing to, are inadequate in that they dont directly connect to support staff to address unique issues. Are there options to speak to actual people or plans to add sufficient support in the future?
