I need my money back no way Roku can charge me twice a month and tried to take another payment. I also thought I had freedom of speech but it wouldn't let me post a word

I am from the US I am trying to contact somebody I’ve been having $ 10.98 taken out of my account. It gives me a telephone number which then sends me to the site. I am from the US. The only definition is Roku channel, which I have never subscribed to. I I am on disability and on a very limited income and would like someone to reach out to me on how to fix this issue.
